Founder Friday: Company Culture

A question I ask myself often is how companies successfully build a company culture.
The more DotCom Therapy’s culture has thrived, the more I am convinced it isn’t about the swanky office spaces, the free snacks, or the expensive standing desks.
It is about the individuals that fill that space. The biology that guides their everyday behaviors.
Over the years of successful [and unfortunately unsuccessful] team hires, I’ve narrowed the building blocks of a successful culture down to two inherent characteristics:
Skill sets can be taught, but biology is another story. So as you look to build out a successful work culture, or join one, I urge you to look for teams that prioritize these traits.
